Built requires all customers to verify their business details in order to receive payments. This is an account security measure that helps us prevent fraud, protect your business, and comply with financial regulations. The process is quick and straightforward, and once completed, you’ll be able to start receiving payments smoothly.

How do I verify my business in Built?

1. Log in to your Built account (construction.getbuilt.com)
2. Click on “Settings”
3. Choose “Payments”
4. Click “Verify Business”

What happens if I don't verify my business details?

Beginning 2/5/2025, you will be required to verify business details in order to receive payments via your Built account

What information do I need to verify my business details?

Business Details:

• Business Type
• Legal Business Name
• EIN
• Address
• Business Phone

Authorized User Details:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Address
• Email
